Delivery Notice
· Delivery driver will only wait for 15 mins after scheduled delivery time, following which items will be delivered to one of our outlets at our convenience. Additional $50 penalty will be required for redelivery of items, or self-collection can be done at the designated outlet.
Cancellations & Refunds
· Cancellations more than 7 working days before scheduled delivery/collection date: 100% refund given
· Cancellations between 3 to 7 working days before scheduled delivery/collection date: 50% refund given
· Cancellations less than 3 working days before scheduled delivery/collection date: NO refunds given
· Refunds will take into account any bank or service fees involved during refund process
· Any last minute changes 3 working days or less is subjected to a $50 penalty fee
· No cancellations or postponement of orders on the date of delivery/collection or 1 working day before delivery/collection date
· While we endeavour to deliver within the selected time slot, orders might arrive slightly earlier or later than scheduled time slot due to traffic, weather conditions and other external factors beyond our control
· Kopi & Tarts reserves the right to amend, change, or remove any terms and conditions without prior notice.
